WONDER MIST got bumped at the start by COMPLEXINGTON, who broke in a step, chased two to three wide coming under a ride at the five-sixteenths, angled four wide into upper stretch seizing command straightened away, came in under a right handed crop carrying in PRETTY BOY MIAH two paths from the three-sixteenths to the eighth pole, dug in dueling to the finish and inched away in game fashion in the late stages. PRETTY BOY MIAH coaxed from the gate, raced four paths off the inside in aim of the front down the backstretch, tucked three wide into the turn and vied with a pair of rivals taking narrow command just inside the five-sixteenths marker, spun three wide for home and was headed straightened away, got carried in two paths by the top one from the three-sixteenths to the eighth pole, dug in under a drive fighting on game to the finish but was ultimately staved off. FINAL JOKE coaxed from the gate, dueled briefly from the three path before easing off to prompt LAYSEN from the outside advanced tucked to the two path half a mile from home and vied between foes through the turn, angled three to four wide into upper stretch and tired. LAYSEN coaxed from the start, dueled from the two path with the aforementioned foe before showing the way in sole command briefly under some pressure from that rival to the outside, got joined by that rival and PRETTY BOY MIAH through the turn and vied inside that pair yielding command just inside the five-sixteenths marker, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and tired. COMPLEXINGTON broke in a step at the start bumping WONDER MIST, chased four to five paths off the inside down the backstretch and then four then three wide through the turn under urging from the three-eighths pole, continued three to four wide into upper stretch and trailed.
