PURPLE AND GOLD showed speed on the inside of foes then went clear outside the five-eighths pole, drew off along the rail on the turn, widened under a drive into the final furlong and proved much the best under steady urging. ROGUE JUSTICE was hustled from the gate then chased the pace, dropped from the four path to the three path early on the turn, pursued the winner into upper stretch, remained on her inside lead in the drive and proved no match while clear for the place. LADY MERINGUE was coaxed along towards the rear, went around the turn in the three then four path, moved out in upper stretch and was along for the show. LOOKIE HERE showed speed then chased the pace, moved from the three path to the two path early on the turn, pursued the winner into the stretch and tired. CLASSIC CARA was off slow and spotted the front a few lengths, moved out while ridden along at the rear, dropped in late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn and was no factor. KATERINA RISTOVA was hustled from the gate then ridden along on the outside, angled in with five furlongs to run, went around the turn in the two path and faltered.
