APOLLO CODE coaxed from the gate, vied briefly with a pair of rivals before emerging with sole command to show the way in hand three then two wide, remained patiently handled until set down spinning two to three wide into upper stretch, dug in under threat a furlong out, then edged away rebuffing the challenge to prevail kept to task. BURNINHUNKOFLOVE coaxed from the start, chased three wide coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, swung four to five wide into upper stretch, rallied offering up a bid to latch on the leader a furlong out, then dug in under a drive and was repelled to the finish while running on safe for the place honors. STEWIE coaxed from the gate, vied briefly with a pair of foes before easing off to chase just off the inside, came under encouragement three furlongs from home, went five wide into upper stretch and kept on to garner the show honors. BREW PUB chased four then three wide coming under urging at the five-sixteenths, angled six wide into upper stretch, made no headway. TIZMARKUS chased three then two wide down the backstretch, tucked inside into the turn and came under urging midway, angled out seven wide into upper stretch, weakened. D'ONT LOSE CRUZ stumbled at the start, vied briefly with a pair of foes before chasing along the inside, came under urging near the five-sixteenths pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and faltered in the drive.
