Footnotes
ROSE LISA pressed the pace on the outside, vied in the two path on the turn, passed the three-eighths pole between horses, battled under a drive while still between horses in upper stretch, gained the advantage just inside the furlong marker, fought with two foes to the finish and prevailed under strong urging. LUCIANA'S HONOR stumbled at the start then was taken up and had the rider lose his right iron, saw the rider reach down to regain the iron before going a sixteenth of a mile, moved up on the outside, ranged up to make a bid in the four path on the turn, took a short lead at the quarter-pole, battled outside of two opponents into the final furlong then lost the advantage, fought on well to the finish but missed while narrowly able to get the place. WAYWARD QUEEN broke in then stumbled and bumped with a foe but broke near the front, set the pace under pressure to her outside, vied along the rail on the turn, was given her cue outside the five-sixteenths pole, lost the advantage under urging at the quarter-pole, fought on well inside of the top two in the stretch and just missed the place while far clear for the show. TANK GIRL broke in then bobbled and was off a step slow, steadied briefly behind horses early then moved out, tracked the pace down the backstretch, made a bid in the three path under urging on the turn, raced between horses passing the five-sixteenths pole, dropped back outside the quarter-pole and capitulated. RELLI'S CRUISER was bumped at the start then forced in and a bit slow into stride, moved up then settled off the pace, dropped back under urging with five furlongs to run, retreating well behind the rest of the field while moving from the inside to the three path on the turn, came further out in upper stretch and faltered.
