ROYAL RIDDLE coaxed from the gate, chased four then three wide coming under encouragement three furlongs out, cornered three to four wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive rallying to issue a challenge inside the final eighth and was up in the last strides to the finish. HURRICANE KAZ got bumped at the start by DEACON BLUES, who broke inwards, and in turn bumped CENTRAL SPIRIT, showed the way in hand just off the inside coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, continued in the two path into upper stretch, dug in under a drive under growing late threat to the outside and was caught in the final jumps to the wire. B THEDONALD lunged and broke inwards at the start, chased six paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking to the two path through the turn, went five to six wide into upper stretch, kicked on belatedly latched on to BOUNTY BANKER inside the final furlong and finished as a pair with that rival to the end. BOUNTY BANKER chased along the inside and then just off the inside coming under a ride with five-sixteenths to go, angled five wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick knocking heads to the finish and rallying in tandem with B THEDONALD through the final furlong. ALWAYS HONEST coaxed from the gate, chased five paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the turn under urging from three furlongs out, went seven wide into upper stretch, tired. DEACON BLUES broke in at the start bumping HURRICANE KAZ into CENTRAL SPIRIT, chased two to three paths off the inside until tucked inside into the turn, was taken hold off near the quarter pole off heels of a rival before angling three to four wide into upper stretch and tired. CENTRAL SPIRIT got bumped at the start by HURRICANE KAZ due to pressure from DEACON BLUES breaking inwards, chased along the inside under a ride from the seven-sixteenths pole, went just off the inside into upper stretch and tired.
