POROSITY got bumped at the start by SINISTER SMILE, who broke inwards, just as he was getting lightly bumped and brushed by UNCLE JIM to his inside, who broke outwards, chased five to six paths off the inside down the backstretch before heading five wide through the turn coming under coaxing midway, tipped out seven wide into upper stretch, rallied to issue a challenge inside the final eighth and was up in the last jumps to score. PAIR OF SOCKS chased five then four wide coming under a ride nearing the quarter pole, tipped six wide into upper stretch, took over command inside the three-sixteenths marker, edged away under a drive before coming under lone threat to the outside and was caught in the final strides to the finish. SINISTER SMILE broke in a step at the start bumping POROSITY, chased three wide under encouragement from three furlongs out, swung four wide into upper stretch and improved position to the finish to secure the show honors. SOCIAL HOUR coaxed from the gate, showed the way in hand just off the inside coming under coaxing near the quarter pole under threat, swung four wide into upper stretch, yielded the front inside three-sixteenths to go and weakened in the final furlong. MATH TUTOR forwardly placed four then three wide in pursuit, got ridden along with five-sixteenths to go and threatened for command swinging five wide into upper stretch, then backed away through the stretch and tired to the finish.
