VIBRANT EXPRESS angled in while going to the front then showed the way, controlled the action in the two path on the turn, responded well when asked near the five-sixteenths pole, extended the advantage under a drive into the final furlong and held under strong urging. TWOHONESTMISCHIEF was taken up inside the three-quarter pole, settled off the pace, moved from the rail to the two path early on the turn, drafted behind horses coming to the quarter-pole, was roused at the top of the stretch and finished with good energy to garner the place. UNBROKEN CHAIN was urged early then well placed towards the front, saved ground on the turn, was asked inside the three-eighths pole, raced in hand inside the leader briefly at the five-sixteenths pole, shifted to the three path into the stretch, pursued the winner in the drive and willingly earned the show. THIS TIME YES was reserved off the pace, dropped back inside the three-quarter pole, moved from the three path to the five path under urging on the turn, was driven into the stretch in the six path and improved for the last spot in the superfecta. CRESCENDO'S REIN bobbled at the start but broke in front, was taken in hand early then tracked the pace, chased in the there path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the four path and tired. VAN VOLLENHOVEN stalked the pace on the outside, was asked in the four path on the turn, chased in the five path into the stretch and came up empty. RESILIENT HERO dropped back on the outside, went around the turn in the four then five path, spun into the stretch in the seven path and failed to rally. PUCKISH was taken up some inside the three-quarter pole then checked near the eleven-sixteenths pole, saved ground on the turn, came off the rail outside the quarter-pole and failed to threaten. COIN JAR dropped back inside the three-quarter pole, moved from the two path to the four path on the turn, dropped back to the two path late on that bend and was no factor.
