BRAMITO broke in at the start brushing CRUSHED IT, chased three to four paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking inside half a mile from home, came under coaxing at the seven-sixteenths and tipped to the two path at the three-eighths marker advancing into prominence through the latter portion of the turn, took the inside route into upper stretch and had the rider lose the handle on the crop to the right side straightened away when latching on LIGHT THE WAY, dug in under cross reined encouragement to seize command near the sixteenth marker then gamely edged away the end under a vigorous hand drive. LIGHT THE WAY coaxed from the gate, dueled four then three wide with NOTED to his inside, came under coaxing at the three-eighths pole, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, dug in under threat head to head and relented near the sixteenth marker, ran on clear of the rest for the place honors. CRUSHED IT got brushed at the start by BRAMITO, who broke inwards, chased just off the inside and then along the inside under a ride from three furlongs out, angled four wide into upper stretch and kept on to the wire. DR. KRAFT chased three wide coming under urging at the three-eighths pole, angled five wide into upper stretch and tired. NOTED coaxed from the start, dueled just off the inside and then along the inside with LIGHT THE WAY to his outside, got shaken off inside the five-sixteenths and spun three wide into upper stretch, then tired through to the finish. SIGNATOR chased five then four wide coming under encouragement three furlongs out, angled six to seven wide into upper stretch, tired. EXACT ESTIMATE chased four paths off the inside down the backstretch and then just off the inside through the turn under urging from the five-sixteenths, angled three to four wide for home and faltered in the drive.
