SPARKLING MAMA bumped solidly with a foe at the start, went to the front then showed the way on the inside of a rival, shook clear in the two path on the turn, was challenged by the runner-up while put to a drive in upper stretch, responded well in the final furlong and just held under strong urging. HOT GOSSIP was urged along off the pace, moved closer leaving the backstretch, dropped from the three path to the rail while chasing early on the turn, shifted to the two path outside the quarter-pole, was driven into the stretch in the three path under the crop, made a bid outside of the leader at the three-sixteenths pole, drifted out some under a left-handed crop near the furlong marker then was straightened by the rider, fought with the winner to the finish and just missed while well clear for the place. FATIMA BLUSH bumped solidly with an opponent at the start, pressed the pace on the outside, was urged along in the three path on the turn, dropped back with three furlongs to run, chased into the stretch and tired while clear for the show. MY FIRST DINAH broke out and brushed with a foe, was urged along at the rear, rounded the turn in the three path and failed to threaten. DOPPIO ESPRESSO was hustled from the gate, tracked the pace on the outside, chased in the four path through the turn, remained on her inside lead in the drive and capitulated. QUALITY SWAG brushed with a rival at the start, was urged along towards the rear, traveled around the turn in the five path and was no factor. SIRIUS PURSUIT steadied briefly off heels early then dropped back, angled in entering the main-track, saved ground on the turn and faltered.
