Footnotes
ROMAN GRACE coaxed from the gate, vied from the two path inside a trio down the backstretch, tucked inside through the turn and was patiently handled until let out spinning two to three wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive dueling through the length of the stretch coming out and brushing ROMANTIC DANCER under a left handed crop just outside the eighth pole, then came outwards again as ROMANTIC DANCER came inwards and traded a second brush just inside the eighth pole before gamely taking back command seventy yards out, then prevailed by a neck on the wire. ROMANTIC DANCER coaxed from the start, vied three then two wide between foes down the backstretch and through the turn, got set down spinning three to four wide into upper stretch emerging from the pace dispute to knock heads through the stretch with the aforementioned foe, got brushed by that rival coming out under a left handed crop just outside the eighth pole and then came inwards as that foe came out slightly once more inside the eighth pole and traded a second brush, fought game to the finish but was ultimately bested at the end. WILL NOT BE SWAYED brushed the off side stall at the start, chased along the inside and then just off the inside coming under a ride at the five-sixteenths marker, swung four wide into upper stretch, kept on to the finish to secure the show honors. BELLA CLEOPATRA buckled at the break and recovered inwards a step brushing SOLOSHOT, vied five then four wide outside a trio of rivals down the backstretch and through the turn coming under encouragement with five-sixteenths remaining, swung five wide at the head of the stretch, weakened in the late stages. SOLOSHOT got brushed at the start by BELLA CLEOPATRA, chased four then three wide under urging from the five-sixteenths pole, angled out seven wide at the top of the lane, weakened. SARIR stumbled at the start and came under hustling to vie four then three wide between rivals, faded nearing the five-sixteenths marker and went three wide at the quarter pole, then tired through the stretch.
