MAGGIE T coaxed from the gate, cut the pace from the two path under some pressure from MISS LAO to the outside, got set down spinning just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in under a drive coming under late threat inside the final sixteenth and just held on at the wire. BEST IMPRESSION coaxed from the start, chased four paths off the inside down the backstretch and then just off the inside through the turn under encouragement from three furlongs out, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive rallying inside the final sixteenth and just missed on the line. MISS LAO prompted the leader from the outside four to five paths off the rail down the backstretch before tucking three wide through the turn, came under urging midway on that bend, tipped four wide into upper stretch, kept on clear of the rest for the show honors. BOOK OF WISDOM chased three paths off the inside down the backstretch, tipped four and briefly five wide through the turn coming under a ride three furlongs out, angled six wide at the top of the stretch and offered up a mild bid.
