Footnotes
JUST KATHERINE broke out at the start trading a bump with LUCILLE BALL, who broke inwards, chased just off the inside under a ride from the three-eighths marker, angled four wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive rallying through the final furlong, got herded out a path or two as the leader came out to look her in the eye and was just up in the final jump to prevail. STONEWALL STAR broke in at the start and was corrected before any contact could be made with LUCILLE BALL, raced forwardly placed briefly before taking over the front inside six furlongs to run, showed the way in hand just off the inside and then along the inside patiently handled until set down spinning three wide into upper stretch, edged away to the eighth pole, dug in under growing threat, came out to look her main danger in the eye and was nailed on the wire. OURDAYDREAMINGGIRL broke out at the start, showed the way briefly before being displaced inside six furlongs to run, raced three then two wide in closest aim of the aforementioned foe coming under coaxing at the seven-sixteenths pole, angled four to five wide into upper stretch, kept on to the finish. LUCILLE BALL broke in at the start and traded a bump with JUST KATHERINE, who broke outwards, and was away last, chased four then three wide under urging from three furlongs out, angled five wide into upper stretch, tired, and was eased home through the final furlong to the end.
