Footnotes
INTERCEPTOR was hustled from the gate, saved ground on the first turn, came out leaving that bend, moved up to make a bid on the outside with a little less then six furlongs to run, vied in the three to four path on the far turn, dropped in while battling inside of the runner-up near the furlong marker, was carried in by that rival coming to the sixteenth-pole then brushed, fought while holding his ground to the finish and narrowly prevailed. TURN AND COUNT dropped back between horses after the start, saved ground on the first turn, settled off the pace, was urged along late on the backstretch, gained to stalk the leading group while moving from the rail to the five path on the far turn, made a bid into the stretch, drifted in while battling outside the winner near the furlong marker, drifted in more coming to the sixteenth-pole then brushed, fought to the finish and just missed while clear for the place. CURVINO raced inside on the first turn, settled at the rear, was urged along while moving from the inside to the two path on the far turn, gained in the four path into the stretch then dropped in a path, altered out behind the top two into the final furlong and lacked the needed kick while well clear for the show. BLOWN COVER was hustled to the front, showed the way in the two path, was urged along late on the backstretch, dropped to the inside early on the far turn, battled with two foes into upper stretch and gave way. APALTA was hustled from the gate, dropped from the three path to the two path on the first turn, settled towards the back, was urged along in the two path for most of the far turn then shifted to the three path, moved out in the stretch and failed to rally. REFUAH went around the first turn in the three path, settled on the outside, was urged along in the three to four path on the far turn, moved out under a drive in upper stretch and lacked the needed response. COMPLEX AGENDA raced in the three path on the first turn, prompted the pace on the outside of the leader, vied between horses in the three then two path on the far turn, dropped back in upper stretch and capitulated. BRAVE BEAR went around the first turn in the four path, settled towards the front on the outside, dropped back going down the backstretch, rounded the far turn in the three to four path and failed to respond.
