TWO BITS chased just off the inside and then along the inside coming under coaxing nearing the quarter pole, took the inside route into upper stretch, rallied to knocked heads with the runner up taking command when trading a brush with that rival at the eighth pole, dueled through the final furlong brushing again a sixteenth out and gamely fended off her main danger to the finish coming out at that rival in the final strides to the wire. INTERSTATELOVESONG coaxed from the gate, established the front after the break and showed the way narrowly from the two path under pressure from SHILLING to the outside, had that rival advance and dueled with that foe through to the five-sixteenths marker, began to shake off that rival and swung three wide into upper stretch set down for the drive confronted inside by TWO BITS, dug in engaged once more in head to head combat and was headed for the front when trading a brush a furlong from home, dug in gamely and traded another brush a sixteenth out, fought on to the finish getting slightly carried out in the final two jumps to the wire in a strong effort. OUR GOLDEN GATOR chased three to four paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking to the two path into the turn, came under encouragement three furlongs from home, spun three wide into upper stretch and weakened while along for the show honors. SHILLING broke out at the start but broke on top despite it, pressed the pace of INTERSTATELOVESONG from the outside five then four wide down the backstretch before advancing tucked three wide into the turn, dueled with that rival through the bend under urging from midway, began to get shaken off inside the five-sixteenths, swung four to five wide into upper stretch and weakened. MIDNITE GINNY coaxed from the gate, chased four then three wide under urging from the three-eighths pole, went four wide at the top of the stretch and made no impact. COURAGE ON TAP broke out at the start, chased five then four wide under a ride from three furlongs out, tipped six wide at the head of the lane and faltered in the stretch.
