MATHEA broke out and bumped with a rival, moved up while urged along then was well placed just off the pace, shifted from the rail to the two path while asked on the turn, gained to make a bid coming to the quarter-pole, took the lead into upper stretch then went clear, drew off under strong urging into the final sixteenth and proved much the best. ISLAND CHARM bumped with foes on both sides at the start, moved up under urging to contest the pace, took the lead inside the three-quarter pole, vied along the rail on the turn, moved clear briefly while asked near the five-sixteenths pole then was challenged by the winner, lost the advantage to that opponent into upper stretch and proved no match while well clear for the place. KAZ FARM GIRL was hustled from the gate, angled in while going to the front, lost the lead inside the three-quarter pole, vied in the two then three path under urging on the turn, dropped back late on that bend and tired while clear for the show. WAYWARD QUEEN was urged along off the pace, moved out outside the five-eighths pole, angled in leaving the backstretch, went around the turn in the two path and failed to respond. HIP HOP DANCER showed speed on the outside, chased from inside the three-quarter pole, dropped back quickly late on the backstretch, rounded the turn in the three path and retreated. TANK GIRL was off a step behind the rest of the field, raced at the rear under urging, moved out with seven furlongs to run, lagged at the back, shifted in near the nine-sixteenths pole, dropped from the four path to the two path on the turn and showed little. GANDERELLA bumped soundly with a rival at the start, lost action near the eleven-sixteenths pole, dropped back quickly thereafter and was pulled up on the turn then transported off the track via equine ambulance.
