NATIONAL IDENTITY coaxed from the gate, vied early on three to four paths off the rail with a pair of rivals, came under urging at the nine-sixteenths and shook safely away into the turn tucking to the two path through that bend, got coaxed along from the three-eighths pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, edged clear to the eighth pole, held well to the finish. ACOUSTIC AVE coaxed from the gate, chased just off the inside and then along the inside patiently handled until roused taking the inside route into upper stretch, tipped three wide at the three-sixteenths, offered up a mild kick to secure the place honors. QUICK TO ACCUSE chased four to five paths off the inside down the backstretch, went four then three wide through the turn coaxed along from three furlongs out, tipped four to five wide into upper stretch and kicked on belatedly to the wire. DR. KRAFT coaxed from the gate, got taken in hand briefly when THE WINE STEWARD came inwards just after the break, raced five paths off the inside until crossed over to the rail five furlongs from home, came under urging three furlongs out, continued in the inside route into upper stretch and improved position in the stretch. GENERAL BANKER chased three then two wide under a ride from the three-eighths marker, angled four wide into upper stretch, weakened. EL GRANDE O vied early on from the five path, tucked to the two path into the turn and gave chase coming under urging three furlongs from home, spun two to three wide into upper stretch and weakened. THE WINE STEWARD coaxed from the gate, vied from six paths off the rail early on, tucked three wide into the turn and was ridden along midway, tipped three to four wide at the head of the stretch and tired.
