KID BILLY coaxed from the gate, showed the way in hand along the inside, got set down taking the inside route into upper stretch, dug in and held well to the finish. COMPLEX MUSIC chased three then two wide coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, spun three wide into upper stretch, ran on to chase the winner home willingly while well clear of the rest for the place honors. ENDURING SPIRIT stumbled badly falling to his face at the start and then got bumped by GOOD MONEY who came inwards and conceded six to seven lengths to the front before settling into stride, chased just off the inside down the backstretch and then along the inside through the turn under coaxing from the three-eighths marker, angled four to five wide into upper stretch and showed good courage to keep on to the finish and secure the show honors. TAPIZAR'S TEMPER chased six paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the turn urged along from midway, angled six wide into upper stretch and tired. WAKE SURF bobbled at the break, chased four then three wide down the backstretch before tucking to the two path into the turn, got ridden along with five-sixteenths remaining, spun three wide into upper stretch and tired. GOOD MONEY broke in at the start making contact with ENDURING SPIRIT as that rival attempted to recover from a bad stumble, chased four paths off the rail down the backstretch settling just off the top pair, suffered an injury just inside the half mile pole and was immediately placed to a protective hold, guided outside and expertly pulled up just inside the three-eighths pole, was attended to and vetted on track and subsequently transported off the course via the equine ambulance.
