TEN CENT TOWN pressed the pace of PLAY from the outside in the two path, got let out spinning three wide into upper stretch, took over command near the eighth pole, dug in under threat knocking heads through the final sixteenth and just got the nod on the line. SHOOT THE NICKEL chased along the inside and then just off the inside before heading back to the rail through the turn coming under coaxing midway, angled four wide into upper stretch, issued a challenge inside the final furlong engaging the aforementioned foe in head to head combat through the final sixteenth and just lost the bob on the wire. PLAY cut the pace under pressure from the top one to the outside, got let out spinning from the two path into upper stretch, dug in under threat and yielded just outside the eighth pole, ran on to preserve the show honors at the finish. GREAT RICHIE M coaxed from the gate, chased four wide under urging from the five-sixteenths, angled seven wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild bid. SCOOT DADDY chased three to four wide under a ride from three furlongs out, continued three to four wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. SHOOTERSGOTTASHOOT chased just off the inside under a ride from the seven-sixteenths marker, angled five to six wide into upper stretch, passed tired rivals. BURNINHUNKOFLOVE coaxed from the start, chased three wide coming under urging at the three-eighths pole, angled five to six wide into upper stretch and tired. ROAR OF THE CROWD bobbled at the break, chased along the inside under urging from three furlongs out, cornered just off the inside into upper stretch and faltered.
