Footnotes
KHALI MAGIC showed speed from the outside, moved in entering the main-track, prompted the pace on the outside of the leader, took the advantage in the two path outside the three-eighths pole, shook clear into upper stretch, responded well in the drive and proved much the best under steady urging. DOLOMITE bumped with a rival at the start then dropped back, moved out while settling off the pace, was roused while shifting from the three path to the five path on the turn, turned into upper stretch in the seven path and finished willingly for the place. FAST AND FRISKY bumped with a rival at the start then was hustled, moved up with six furlongs to run then shifted out, stalked the pace on the outside, was asked near the seven-sixteenths pole, chased in the three path on the turn, was driven into upper stretch in the five path, pursued the winner into the final furlong and proved no match then lost the place while able to get the show. P MUTTER PICKLE bumped lightly with a foe at the start, bumped with that same foe near the seven-eighths pole, settled on the outside, was roused in the four path while in good striking position on the turn, came into upper stretch in the six path and weakened. JACKSON'S DIXIE broke a bit slow, moved up with six furlongs to run then was well placed just off the pace, chased while shifting from the rail to the two path on the turn, turned into the stretch under a drive and tired. RACING COLORS bumped lightly with a rival at the start, bumped with rivals near the seven-eighths pole, was urged along well off the pace, rounded the turn in the three path and failed to threaten. BERNT AGAIN bumped with a rival near the seven-eighths pole, was urged along off the pace, moved in nearing the five-eighths pole, dropped from the two path to the rail early on the turn then saved ground and was no factor. MONETARY MONARCH was antsy in the gate, came away in good order and went to the front, moved in entering the main-track, set the pace under pressure to her outside, lost the advantage while along the rail outside the three-eighths pole, dropped back late on the turn and faded. KRYSTALHEIR dropped back to the rear of the field early then fell well behind, saved ground on the turn and showed little.
