Footnotes
BIG HAT WILLIE pressed the pace on the outside, took the lead leaving the backstretch, vied in the two to three path on the turn, responded well when roused near the quarter-pole, shook off a foe near the furlong marker and drew away under steady urging. JACKSON HEIGHTS was urged along at the rear, moved from the three path to the five path while roused for more on the turn, turned into the stretch in the six path and got up for the place. SCOOT DADDY broke out at the start, dropped back early under urging then settled on the outside, gained in the three to four path on the turn, pursued the winner under a drive while remaining on his inside lead in upper stretch, swapped to the proper lead when pulled in by the rider outside the furlong marker and weakened then lost the place but held the show. REMI'S MOON settled well off the pace, was urged along late on the backstretch, went around the turn in the three then four path, was driven into the stretch in the five path and lacked the needed kick. DOLLY'S BANK was urged along off the pace, dropped back leaving the backstretch, went around the turn in the two then three path and came up empty. RIYADH MOON was urged along off the pace, dropped back along the rail leaving the backstretch, moved out late on the turn, reached the four path outside the quarter-pole, moved out around the sixteenth-pole and failed to rally. CLANCY FANCY was hustled to the front, showed the way on the inside of the winner, lost the advantage leaving the backstretch, moved to the inside early on the turn, dropped back inside the three-eighths pole and stopped then was eased in the final furlong but walked off.
