HOWLING WIND was urged along on the outside, gained in the four path on the turn, moved to the five path outside the quarter-pole then made a bid, took the lead into upper stretch, drifted in while going clear inside the three-sixteenths pole and drew away under steady urging. CAROL T angled in under urging at the rear, moved out late on the backstretch, went around the turn in the four then five path, turned into upper stretch under a drive and safely secured the place. SUNSHINE LILY settled under some urging, moved in near the nine-sixteenths pole, dropped to the rail late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn and lacked the needed response while able to get the show. REDWINEANDWHISKEY was urged along well back in the field, rounded the turn in the two path, moved out in upper stretch and failed to threaten. QUEENS OVER THREES showed speed then disputed the pace on the inside of a foe, vied in the two path under urging on the turn, dropped back in the three path into upper stretch and weakened. I'M KIDDING was hustled from the gate, contested the pace on the outside then in the three path on the turn, moved to the four path outside the quarter-pole, lost touch with the winner in upper stretch and tired. MAMBAGIGI was hustled from the gate then chased the early pace, dropped back with five furlongs to run then moved out while continuing to retreat, traveled around the turn in the three path and failed to respond.
