FAST AND FRISKY tracked in behind inside early, switched out up the backstretch, advanced four wide from the five-sixteenths, bid at the three-sixteenths, drew clear. GIANT AT WORK settled off the pace, advanced outside fanning five wide leaving the turn, gained the place. SHE'S GRAND was bumped after the break, soon made the lead, set the pace near but off the rail, was clear on the turn, overtaken in upper stretch, weakened in deep stretch. LIKA ROLLING STONE broke inwardly and a step slowly, settled off the pace near the inside, advanced but steadied between runners passing the quarter pole, split those foes later in upper stretch, was no match for the top trio but best of the rest. MALU lacked early speed dropping back to last, swung six to seven wide turning for home, passed a couple tired rivals. KHALI MAGIC bumped with a rival at and just after the start, stalked from outside, went three to four wide on the turn, dropped back and faded. MONETARY MONARCH was bounced around at the start but still gained forward position between runners then in pursuit inside foes, shifted in nearer the fence late on the turn, came up empty in the stretch.
