POWER SEEKER stalked the pace on the outside in the three path, took the lead at the seven-sixteenths pole, moved clear late on the far turn, was asked for his best in upper stretch and drew away under steady urging. SHARP SPARK settled off the pace, rounded the first turn in the two path, was urged along late on the backstretch, chased in the three path on the final turn, spun into the stretch in the four path and narrowly earned the place while no match for the winner. MARGIE'S FUN SON veered out and hit the gate, traveled around the first turn in the four path, settled on the outside, chased in the four path on the far turn, was driven into the stretch in the five path and also proved no match for the winner then narrowly missed the place but earned the show. CENTAVO rounded the first turn in the two path, tracked the pace, chased in the two path on the far turn and weakened. ADVENTURIST went around the first turn in the three path, settled off the pace, was urged along late on the backstretch, traveled around the far turn in the five then four path and came up empty. GOOD BALI settled on the inside, was urged along on the far turn, moved to the two path outside the quarter-pole and failed to respond. UNBRIDLED BOMBER was taken under a snug hold early, dropped from the two path to the inside on the first turn, was reserved off the pace, went around the far turn in the two then three path and also failed to respond. BOB JOHN RAY went to the front, showed the way on the inside, lost the lead at the seven-sixteenths pole, vied along the rail under urging on the far turn, dropped back late on that bend and faded. KEVIN'S STRIKE was hard held towards the rear early, raced in the five path on the first turn, settled outside at the rear, was urged along while dropping from the four path to the inside on the far turn, tossed his head slightly a few times in upper stretch and failed to respond.
