Footnotes
SOLUTIONS moved up after the start, disputed the pace on the outside then in the two path on the turn, shook clear into the stretch, came under the crop outside the furlong marker and drew off under strong urging. LOUGH CURRANE came in and bumped with a foe early, was urged along on the outside, went around the turn in the three path, remained on his inside lead until inside furlong marker then swapped to the proper lead and safely secured the place. TRAPPING HANDS moved in early, showed speed between horses then dropped off the pace, saved ground under urging on the turn and lacked the needed response while able to get the show. DIAMOND LIFE disputed the pace on the inside of a rival, vied along the rail while roused on the turn, dropped back into the stretch then moved out behind the winner and tired. THE BROWN EGG bumped with an opponent early, was urged along at the rear, raced inside to the two path on the turn and was no factor. MIDNIGHT MUSUME broke out a bit then was hustled, bumped with rivals on both sides and was put in tight early then checked sharply, angled out then was ridden along on the outside, traveled around the turn in the four path and failed to respond. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS' INQUIRY INTO THE EARLY PART OF THE RACE, NO CHANGE WAS MADE TO THE ORDER OF FINISH
