FOCUSYN chased five paths off the inside down the backstretch from just off the pace, tucked three wide through the turn and came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths marker, angled five wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command at the eighth pole, dug in to inch away in the late stages to prevail. PANAGIOTIS broke out at the start bumping CAMM' DUKE into BECAUSE THE NIGHT, raced three wide forwardly placed early on down the backstretch, remained patiently handled until placed to urging just outside the quarter pole losing some position as a result and spun three wide into upper stretch, ran on coming again, got brushed and lightly herded out a sixteenth from home by EPITAPH, then just got up for the place honors on the line. ENDURING SPIRIT chased six paths off the inside down the backstretch and then four wide through the turn under encouragement from midway, went seven wide into upper stretch, ran on to the finish and was just nosed for the place honors in the final jumps. EPITAPH coaxed from the start, showed the way in hand four paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking to be just off the inside through the turn, got let out spinning from the two path into upper stretch, dug in under threat and was caught a furlong out, came out under a left handed crop herding and then brushing PANAGIOTIS a sixteenth out, then kept on to the finish. CAMM' DUKE stumbled at the start and then got bumped by PANAGIOTIS and in turn bumped BECAUSE THE NIGHT, chased five paths off the rail early on before tucking four then three wide inside nine-sixteenths to go, took to the two path through the turn, angled seven to eight wide into upper stretch and stayed on one paced to the end. BECAUSE THE NIGHT broke out a step brushing the off side stall before being corrected and then got bumped by CAMM' DUKE due to pressure from PANAGIOTIS, chased seven paths off the inside down the backstretch and then six wide through the turn under urging from three furlongs out, angled eight wide at the head of the stretch before angling in to be six paths off the rail at the three-sixteenths and offered no response.
