HIGHWAY HARMONY coaxed from the gate, showed the way in hand along the inside and then just off the inside, got roused at the quarter pole and cut the corner into upper stretch, drew off under a drive to prevail. ONE LAST KNOCK coaxed from the start, chased along the inside coming under a ride near the quarter pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, ran on to chase the winner home clear of the rest and along second best. LONG LEGGED QUEEN chased two then three wide coming under a ride at the five-sixteenths marker, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in under a right handed crop placing TENACIOUS CHILD in tight to her inside near the eighth pole, forced that foe to pause inside when going back to a right handed crop just inside that station and improved position to the finish. OLIVIA'S GRACE coaxed from the gate, chased just off the inside under a ride from the five-sixteenths marker, angled three to four wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. TENACIOUS CHILD chased along the inside and then just off the inside under encouragement from the five-sixteenths pole, took the inside route into upper stretch, got paused in tight near the eighth pole when LONG LEGGED QUEEN came in under a right handed crop, remained paused until nearing the sixteenth marker as that foe came under a right handed crop again, tipped out to the three path inside that station and offered no rally when near the finish. REDWINEANDWHISKEY coaxed from the start, chased just off the inside under urging with five-sixteenths to go, angled six wide into upper stretch, passed tired rivals. SUGARTOWN SWEETIE coaxed from the gate, chased four wide under urging from the five-sixteenths, continued four wide for home, tired. FIFI LA FUME chased just off the inside under urging with two and a half furlongs to go, cornered just off the inside into upper stretch, tired. GREYJOY coaxed from the gate, raced three wide in pursuit ridden along from the five-sixteenths, angled four to five wide into upper stretch, tired. TRADING TROUBLE chased three paths off the inside down the backstretch and then along the inside through the turn, went just off the inside into upper stretch and trailed throughout. There was a Stewards' Inquiry into the stretch run focusing on LONG LEGGED QUEEN. After review, it was deemed that LONG LEGGED QUEEN had interfered with TENACIOUS CHILD at the eighth pole and therefore LONG LEGGED QUEEN was disqualified from third and placed fifth before the race was declared official.
