DANGHERECOMESSHANG (IRE) pressed the pace on the outside then in the two path on the turn, took the lead in upper stretch, responded well under threat from the runner-up in the final furlong and just held under strong urging. DI NATALE (CHI) showed speed then dropped just off the pace while moving off the inside, went around the turn in the two path, was asked near the quarter-pole, moved out in upper stretch, gained to make a bid inside the furlong marker, swapped back to her inside lead at that point, went back to the proper lead near the sixteenth-pole, battled with the winner to the finish and just missed. SHORE WAR settled off the pace, dropped back leaving the backstretch, moved from the rail to the two path on the turn, shifted a bit further out near the furlong marker and finished willingly to get the show. SWEET MONTREAL broke alertly and went straight to the front, set the pace under pressure to her outside, vied along the rail on the turn, was asked outside the quarter-pole, lost the advantage to the winner in upper stretch, dropped back into the final furlong and weakened. WILL NOT BE SWAYED angled in at the rear of the field, tugged hard on the bit late on the backstretch then was taken up behind horses, saved ground on the turn, was put to a drive in upper stretch and was no factor. BLAME THE BANKER settled off the pace, dropped back while in hand behind horses leaving the backstretch, went around the turn in the two then three path, was driven into the stretch in the four path and lacked the needed response. TAP IT UP settled on the outside, was roused in the three path while moving closer on the turn, chased into upper stretch and came up empty. SOMNIUM stumbled outward at the start and was off a bit slow, settled towards the rear on the outside, went around the turn in the three then four path, spun into the stretch in the five path and failed to respond.
