LAST MAN STANDING bumped with a rival at the start, settled off the pace, went around most of the turn in the three path then moved to the four path, rallied in the six path into upper stretch, made a bid outside the furlong marker, took the lead inside that marker and proved best under good handling. FREEDOM MAKER veered out at the start and bumped with a foe, settled off the pace, chased in the four path on the turn, made a bid at the quarter-pole, took the lead while put to a drive in upper stretch, lost the advantage to the winner inside the furlong marker and was outfinished while just able to get the place. PARTY WITH SMARTY was bumped at the start then forced into another foe and slow into stride, went around the turn in the three path, spun into the stretch in the four path then moved further out and finished with good energy to just miss the place while able to get the show. SEQUENTIAL chased the pace, went around the turn in the two path, turned into upper stretch under a drive, pursued the leader into the final furlong and lacked the needed kick. NATURAL HUNK was bumped at the start while off slow then ducked out, spotted the front several lengths, rounded the turn in the five path, spun into the stretch in the six path and failed to threaten. SEEKER'S HOPE broke out and bumped with an opponent, went to the front then showed the way, vied inside while asked on the turn, lost the advantage in upper stretch and gave way. DOWN THE LINE tracked the pace on the outside, made a bid in the three path on the turn, dropped back under a drive into the final furlong and tired. GRAND COMMANDER came outward at the start while hustled, settled under some urging, dropped back leaving the backstretch, moved from the rail to the two path on the turn and came up empty. DAYTONA MOONSHINE had his saddle adjusted behind the gate, broke a bit awkwardly then came outward, steadied briefly early then dropped back, saved ground on the turn and was no factor.
