Footnotes
VINO SAMARA raced in the three path on the first turn, settled towards the back, was roused in the four then five path on the far turn, rallied while remaining on her inside lead in the stretch, closed well to make a bid outside the sixteenth-pole and prevailed under good handling. PROUD MARY was well placed just off the pace on the inside, moved to the path under urging before the five-sixteenths pole, rallied to make a bid in upper stretch then took the lead, led until the sixteenth-pole then was overtaken while clear for the place. ROAGNA was taken back early, saved ground on the first turn, was reserved towards the rear, went around most of the far turn in the two path, raced behind horses late on that bend then shifted to the three path, came out to the five path into the stretch and improved to get the show. WIDDERSHINS came outwards at the start, raced in the two path on the first turn, settled towards the back, was roused while moving from the three path to the five path on the far turn, turned into the stretch in the six path and improved position. INFLAMMABELLE went to the front, dropped from the two path to the inside while showing the way, was put to a drive in upper stretch, lost the advantage inside the three-sixteenths pole and tired. TEMPLE CITY TABOO traveled around the opening bend in the two path, was reserved off the pace, raced in the three path on the far turn, spun into the stretch in the four path and lacked the needed response. FIFI LA FUME was taken under a snug hold early then reserved on the inside, came under urging late on the backstretch, saved ground on the far turn and failed to threaten. LOTUS PETAL traveled around the first turn in the three path, settled just off the pace, was urged along passing the nine-sixteenths pole, chased in the three path on the far turn and came up empty. ISLAND FOX was carried out at the start and off a bit slow, raced in the five path on the first turn, stalked the pace on the outside, came up empty in the wto path on the far turn and retreated. BUNNY HONEY raced inside to the two path on the turns and was eased in the stretch but walked off.
