JOKER ON FIRE broke a half a beat slow and was steadied at the start, then altered inwards when a rival was bumped directly in front after the break and conceded three to four lengths to the front, chased along the inside down the backstretch before heading three wide through the turn advancing steadily, angled five wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command a furlong out, drew clear to the finish to score. HELLACIOUS coaxed from the gate, vied inside a pair from the two path down the backstretch and then along the rail through the turn coaxed along from the three-eighths pole, continued in the inside route into upper stretch, dug in under threat and was caught a furlong out, ran on to preserve the place honors over one of his pace rivals on the wire. SNARE coaxed from the start, vied four then two wide between foes coming under encouragement at the five-sixteenths, spun three wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive running on to the finish to secure the show honors well clear of the rest. PRIVATE FLIGHT chased along the inside under a ride from the three-eighths marker, angled five wide into upper stretch, improved position to the end.
