SIOUXSE settled tracking the front just off the inside from just off the pace, altered out briefly a path as the loose rival went up the rail five and a half furlongs out, tucked inside through the far turn, got set down spinning just off the inside into upper stretch, rallied to take command nearing the eighth pole, edged clear to the finish kept to task. ISADORA DUNCAN (IRE) raced just off the inside and altered out a path when the rider of SHARING WISDOM came off his mount right to the inside, briefly went three wide through the first turn before tucking back to the two path, tucked inside down the backstretch once the riderless horse had gone by, saved ground at the tail of the field coming under urging near the quarter pole, went eight wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick to secure the place honors. JUST TELL ANNE got bumped at the start by SHARING WISDOM due to pressure from PERFECT TWIRL, chased just off the inside, briefly tipped out five and a half furlongs out as the riderless animal went on by, came under coaxing nearing the quarter pole, angled four wide into upper stretch, got checked off the heels of MIS BRUNELLAS with three-sixteenths to go and bobbled when clipping that foe behind, then angled in and improved position with a mild bid and good courage to secure the show honors. DELIGHTFUL DARLING three then two wide through the first turn, altered out a path as the riderless horse went on by at the five and a half furlong marker, chased three wide coming under urging near the quarter pole, angled five wide into upper stretch, offered up a bid a furlong out, then weakened in the late stages. QUALITY STREET raced three wide through the first turn, altered out to the five path five and a half furlongs out to allow rivals inside to alter out, chased four wide coming under a ride near the quarter pole, went six wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late going. ATLANTIC BEACH chased just off the inside through the first turn, altered out to the four path allowing room for rivals to alter out into the backstretch, tucked to the two path into the far turn and got set down angled six wide into upper stretch, offered no response. MIS BRUNELLAS just off the inside through the first turn, raced three then two wide in closest aim of the leader coming under urging near the quarter pole, spun three wide into upper stretch, came out at the three-sixteenths and forced JUST TELL ANNE to check off her heels and was clipped behind, then weakened through to the end. PERFECT TWIRL broke out at the start bumping SHARING WISDOM into JUST TELL ANNE, showed the way in hand just off the inside which allowed the riderless horse to go on by five furlongs from home, then tucked inside with three furlongs to run, got set down taking the inside route into upper stretch, got collared nearing the eighth pole and tired. SHARING WISDOM (GB) got bumped at the start by PERFECT TWIRL and in turn bumped JUST TELL ANNE, raced under a firm hold along the inside at the tail of the field, suddenly had the rider slip off the right side inside six and a half furlongs to run, forcing ISADORA DUNCAN to alter out a path, ran along the rail sans rider forcing the field to alter out into the backstretch briefly, then went to the outside rail through the far turn and was apprehended by the outrider and subsequently walked off under her own power. There was a Stewards' Inquiry into the incident into the first turn. After review the result stood and the race was declared official.
