CURLIN'S GIRL coaxed from the gate, chased two then three wide coming under a ride at the five-sixteenths, angled five wide into upper stretch, took over command at the three-sixteenths and edged clear under a drive to prevail. NEXT ON STAGE broke in at the air at the start getting away last, raced three then two wide through the first turn before heading four to five paths off the inside down the backstretch, was four wide into the far turn and tipped out five wide to move around WIDDERSHINS when that foe drifted out, got carried out to the six then seven path at the three-eighths marker, went eight wide into upper stretch and kicked on belatedly with good courage to just get up for the place honors. POCA MUCHA coaxed from the start, raced three then two wide through the first turn, chased just off the inside coming under urging at the three-eighths pole, spun three wide into upper stretch and kept on to the finish.
