Footnotes
TREADSTONE hesitated at the start and was off last, moved to the outside and chased the pace and made a five wide move on the turn to be in contention by the quarter pole, continued that move and made a bid to edge clear ion the furlong grounds to prove best under a drive. WHERE'S YOUR BOOM pressed the pace from the outside and made a two to three wide bid by the quarter pole and was in between rivals by the furlong marker and fought on gamely but had to settle for second best. GRUMBLYRUMHOGAN set a pressured pace and moved to the inside on the turn and dug in determinedly in the lane but was out-finished late. CLASSIC COMMANDER chased the early pace and then tracked the leaders three to two wide on the turn but lacked the needed winning bid. TIGER ROCKET tracked the pace and was in between rivals, two to four wide on the turn and swung out six wide leaving the turn but had no late kick. MO SPICE was away alertly to press the early pace from the inside and then tracked the leaders on the inside on the turn and weakened. LUCKY LARRY chased the early pace and then settled three wide on the turn but lacked a rally. RAGING SEA CAPTAIN was off a beat slow and trailed for six furlongs and came five wide into the lane but never threatened. FOOLISH MORTAL chased the pace on the inside and tired. THE OBLITERATOR was rated in mid pack looking for a spot, two to three wide entering the turn and got out by the three eighths marker and then was pulled up by the quarter pole, vetted on track and loaded on to the equine ambulance.
