BERMUDA BLITZ coaxed from the gate, chased just off the inside and then along the inside coming under encouragement three furlongs out, spun three wide into upper stretch, rallied to duel with the runner up through the final furlong and was up in the last jumps to score. NUANCED coaxed from the start, came outwards and forced POROSITY to steady, showed the way in hand along the inside patiently handled until roused taking the inside route into upper stretch, dug in under threat, dueled through the final furlong and was out-gamed in the final strides and nailed on the wire. POROSITY got steadied at the start when NUANCED came out in front at the break, chased three wide under a ride from the three-eighths marker, went seven wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick. HOUSE UNITED chased five then four wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths pole, bid five wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. CITY OF OSCARS five to six paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked to the two path near the half mile pole, came under coaxing at the three-eighths pole, went eight wide into upper stretch and passed tired rivals. BRAVE BEAR broke through the gate when being loaded and was brought back around and reloaded, chased four then three wide under urging from the seven-sixteenths, went four wide for home and weakened in the stretch. GOLDEN SYMPHONY chased two to three wide under encouragement from midway on the turn, continued two to three wide into upper stretch and weakened. Following a shoe repair in the paddock, GOLDEN PLATE chased along the inside and then just off the inside under a ride from three furlongs out, angled five to six wide into upper stretch, tired. FISCAL DRAG chased seven paths off the inside down the backstretch before heading five wide through the turn getting ridden along with three furlongs to go, went nine to ten wide at the top of the stretch and tired.
