LIGHT THE WAY got away to a bobbling beginning under coaxing, showed the way from the two path under light coaxing from the get go and under some pressure from EXACT ESTIMATE to the outside, came under challenge midway on the turn, took the inside route into upper stretch, rebuffed the runner up nearing the eighth pole and edged away to the finish kept to task. EXACT ESTIMATE prompted the leader from the outside four then three wide, advanced to be heads apart three furlongs out, got set down spinning just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in latched on until repelled outside the eighth pole, ran on to secure the place honors. SIGNATOR stumbled at the start, chased four paths off the inside down the backstretch and then just off the inside through the turn coming under encouragement at the five-sixteenths pole, spun three wide for home, kept on to the finish. DEAR DAD four to five wide throughout, got coaxed along near the five-sixteenths marker, offered up a mild bid. BRESLAU broke out at the start, chased two to three paths off the inside until tucked inside placed to urging at the half mile pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, weakened.
