TEN CENT TOWN bobbled slightly at the start but broke in front, angled in while moving clear early, dictated terms in the two path through the turn, responded well when asked in the three path into the stretch and drew off under steady urging to prove much the best. MASTER OF ARMS was hustled from the gate, tracked the pace on the outside, chased in the three path on the turn, was driven into the stretch in the four path, pursued the winner into the final sixteenth, swapped back to his inside lead late and proved no match while well clear for the place. GROUCH broke out at the start, moved up under urging then chased the pace, shifted from the two path to the four path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the five path and weakened. EMERALD FOREST dropped back then settled near the back, saved ground while roused on the turn and failed to threaten. STOP THE SPREAD stumbled at the start and was off a step slow, settled on the outside under coaxing, was roused for more in the four then five path on the turn and failed to respond. SCREAMING UNCLE settled off the pace, dropped back in the two path under urging on the turn and faltered.
