IRISH FORTUNE established the front just after the break and showed the way in hand just off the inside under pressure from HIRE THE HAT to the outside, tucked along the inside through the turn and was patiently handled until set down spinning from the two path into upper stretch, then edged clear under a drive to score. HIRE THE HAT got bumped at the start by FAIRY GODMOTHER, who recovered outwards from a bobble, prompted the leader from the outside three then two wide getting placed to coaxing with five-sixteenths to go, spun three wide into upper stretch, ran on to chase the winner home safe for the place honors. TUTHILLTOWN broke out at the start trading a bump with LIBERTY'S ADVANCE, chased along the inside, got set down spinning four wide into upper stretch, kept on to secure the show honors. CELESTIAL BODY broke in at the start bumping QUINNS SILENT ROAR, chased briefly four paths off the inside and grew rank tucking three then two wide and forcing QUINNS SILENT ROAR to steady briefly five and a half furlongs from home, chased two to three wide until tucked inside through the turn, came under urging three furlongs out, took the inside route into upper stretch and improved position in the stretch. LIBERTY'S ADVANCE broke in at the start trading a bump with TUTHILLTOWN, chased three then two wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths, angled five wide for home and weakened in the late stages. FAIRY GODMOTHER bobbled at the start recovering outwards into HIRE THE HAT, chased three wide under urging from the three-eighths marker, spun just off the inside into upper stretch before taking to the rail straightened away and passed tired rivals to the finish with a mild kick. SIGNAL CHAT broke out a step at the start, chased four then three wide under a ride from three furlongs out, angled six wide into upper stretch, tired. BOILING POINT stumbled badly at the start, chased four then three wide coming under urging midway on the turn, angled six wide into upper stretch and tired. CITY WAR coaxed from the gate, took the overland route through to the quarter pole, seven then six paths off the inside down the backstretch and then five wide through the turn, angled seven wide into upper stretch and tired. ISHKABIBBLE hustled from the gate, chased four to five wide throughout under encouragement from the five-sixteenths and tired in the stretch. MS NIKKI D stumbled at the start, chased four then three wide ridden along from the seven-sixteenths pole, went eight wide into upper stretch, made no impact. QUINNS SILENT ROAR got bumped at the start by CELESTIAL BODY, then got steadied at the five and a half furlong marker when that same rival grew a bit rank to the outside, chased just off the inside under a ride from the half mile pole, cornered two to three wide into upper stretch and tired.
