OREGON COUNTY came over into the first time, forcing MISTER K to his inside to steady along the rail, dueled inside, opened up final turn, drew out. MISTER K steadied into the first turn, came out and clipped heels with CROSSATI, pressed three-wide to the final turn, well placed to stretch, held the place. PODEROSO EQUS, back early, advanced off rail, rallied for show. FREE MAKER, between horses early, stalked three-four-wide, finished evenly. FRANKIE'S GIRL saved ground, rallied wide. CROSSATI dueled outside, gave way between horses into final turn. SHABAM stalked inside, faded. FRISCO KID, three-wide first turn, dropped back, faded. The rider aboard MISTER K lodged a claim of foul against the rider of OREGON COUNTY for interference into the first turn. As a result, OREGON COUNTY was disqualified from first and placed second.
