CADENZA broke in at the start bumping ALPENGLOW, chased three then two wide coming under a ride at the five-sixteenths pole, spun three wide into upper stretch, rallied to poke a head in front a furlong out, dug in and held safe to the finish. KINGSOLVER chased just off the inside and then along the inside coming under a ride at the five-sixteenths, took the inside route into upper stretch, tipped out to the two path at the three-sixteenths and then the three path inside the eighth pole and offered up a mild kick. EMBLAZE chased along the inside coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick. ALPENGLOW got bumped at the start by CADENZA, ranged up after the start to take command near the five furlong marker, showed the way in hand just off the inside and then along the inside, cut the corner into upper stretch, dug in and was collared a furlong out and weakened in the late stages. JUST PHILTORED chased three then two wide coming under encouragement at the five-sixteenths, angled five wide into upper stretch, offered no response. ONE MORE GUITAR struck the off side stall at the start and conceded four to five lengths to the front before settling into stride, chased along the inside and then just off the inside under a ride at the five-sixteenths, spun three wide into upper stretch, tipped out four paths straightened away, did offer up a mild bid but was outkicked. PILLAR OF BEAUTY chased along the inside coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, angled four wide into upper stretch, offered no rally. SWEET MONTREAL prompted the pace three then two wide coming under urging three furlongs out, cornered just off the inside into upper stretch, weakened.
