Footnotes
POP ART was brushed a bit after the break and was well placed while saving ground, continued tracking the leaders on the rail and made a inside bid leaving the turn and slowly edged clear in the final sixteenth to prove best under a drive. THIENE (IRE) was bumped at the start, set the pace while in the two path on the first turn, dropped to the inside down the backside and onto the far turn, turned back a bid leaving the turn two wide and dug in by the furlong marker but was out-kicked by the winner while staying on gamely for the place award. NO ALIBI bumped at the break, then was in tight into the first turn steadying briefly, then tracked the pace two wide down the backside and onto the far turn while in between rivals midway on the far turn, came four wide off the turn and then moved out to have a late rally getting the bob for the show award. THREE TO G was four wide on the first turn, then stalked the pace on the outside and was three wide on the far turn and made a four wide bid leaving the turn but hung in the lane losing the bob for the show award. AGIA MARINA bumped at the break, settled early and was two to three wide on the far turn and swung out widest leaving the turn and had a late rally on the far outside but needed more. STARSHIP ATHENA was three wide on the first turn while a bit head strong, then prompted the pace three to two wide down the backside, made a two wide bid by the quarter pole and came three wide off the turn but flattened out. PRETTY LAVISH (IRE) was bumped at the start, settled early and saved ground on the far turn but lacked the needed winning rally.
