BREW PUB coaxed from the gate, chased five then four wide coming under a ride with five-sixteenths to go, cornered five wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive rallying to knock heads inside the final furlong with the runner up, seized narrow command a sixteenth out, dug in and prevailed at the finish. SCREAMING UNCLE broke in at the start bumping LAUGHING BOY into TEXAS RED HOT who in turn then bumped KNOX into PROVE WORTHY just after the start, showed the way in hand just off the inside through swift splits coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in under lone threat, dueled from the eighth pole to the sixteenth marker, got headed at that station, then fought on to the wire while well clear of the rest. PROVE WORTHY got bumped after the start by KNOX in a chain of bumps begun by SCREAMING UNCLE, chased along the inside down the backstretch, tipped out four then five wide through the turn coming under urging with seven-sixteenths remaining, angled out nine wide into upper stretch and kicked on belatedly to secure the show honors. HIGH TIDE coaxed from the gate, chased three wide coming under encouragement at the five-sixteenths marker, angled six wide into upper stretch, offered up a bid, then flattened out in the late stages. BRAVE BEAR chased six paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked five then four wide coming under urging three furlongs out, tipped seven wide into upper stretch and weakened. TEXAS RED HOT got bumped at the start by LAUGHING BOY due to pressure from SCREAMING UNCLE and in turn bumped KNOX into PROVE WORTHY after the break, chased five paths off the rail down the backstretch, tucked to the two path into the turn and came under encouragement with seven-sixteenths to run, angled six to seven wide into upper stretch and offered no rally. KNOX got bumped after the start by TEXAS RED HOT and in turn bumped PROVE WORTHY due to pressure begun by SCREAMING UNCLE, chased two to three wide until tucked inside into the turn, got ridden along three furlongs out, took the inside route into upper stretch and offered no kick. LAUGHING BOY got bumped at the start by SCREAMING UNCLE and in turn bumped TEXAS RED HOT, who then bumped KNOX into PROVE WORTHY after the start, chased along the inside and then just off the inside under a ride from the three-eighths pole, angled four wide into upper stretch and tired. MYSTIC NIGHT coaxed from the gate, chased seven paths off the inside down the backstretch and then four wide through the turn under urging from midway, continued four wide into upper stretch and tired. CENTAVO four then three wide in pursuit, got ridden along with seven-sixteenths to run, spun three wide for home, tired.
