Footnotes
DEBT LIMIT (FR) was off slow and spotted the front a few lengths, saved ground on the first turn, settled off the rail on the backstretch, rallied in the four path on the far turn, closed well to get the lead into upper stretch then battled outside of two foes, shook clear into the final furlong, swapped back to his inside lead outside the sixteenth-pole and held under steady urging. BRIGADE COMMANDER saved ground on the first turn, settled towards the rear, moved closer late on the backstretch, raced in the three path on the far turn, was roused inside the five-sixteenths pole, moved out in upper stretch and finished with good courage but missed while clear for the place. BARNSTORMING rounded the opening bend in the two path, settled off the pace, ranged up in the three path on the far turn, made a bid near the five-sixteenths pole, dropped to the two path later on that bend, was asked for his best in upper stretch, battled with the winner until near the furlong marker and weakened but was clear for the show. REGISTER brushed with a rival at the start, was taken under restraint early, saved ground on the first turn, settled near the middle of the field, raced inside on the far turn, was put to a drive in upper stretch and lacked the needed response. DESPERATE PROPOSAL broke out and was off a step slow, angled in at the rear, traveled around the first turn in the two path, was reserved at the rear on the outside, moved in nearing the three-eighths pole, went around the far turn in the two then three path, was roused near the five-sixteenths pole, spun into the stretch in the four path, drifted in late and failed to threaten. PONANT showed speed on the inside of foes then set the pace on the inside, lost the advantage into upper stretch and tired. BRAVE BEAR was hustled from the gate, showed speed between foes then was taken back off the pace, saved ground while well placed just off the pace, was asked near the three-eighths pole, chased inside on the far turn, moved off the rail into the stretch and came up empty. KID KREESA brushed with an opponent at the start, rounded the first turn in the two path, prompted the pace on the outside, was urged along late on the backstretch, vied in the three path on the far turn, dropped back fast near the quarter-pole and faltered then was eased but walked off. BASIC TRUTH broke out at the start, raced in the three path on the first turn, was rated outside in the second flight, came up empty in the two path leaving the backstretch and also faltered then was eased in the stretch but walked off.
