DEBT LIMIT (FR) was off slow and spotted the front a few lengths, saved ground on the first turn, settled off the rail on the backstretch, rallied in the four path on the far turn, closed well to get the lead into upper stretch then battled outside of two foes, shook clear into the final furlong, swapped back to his inside lead outside the sixteenth-pole and held under steady urging. BRIGADE COMMANDER saved ground on the first turn, settled towards the rear, moved closer late on the backstretch, raced in the three path on the far turn, was roused inside the five-sixteenths pole, moved out in upper stretch and finished with good courage but missed while clear for the place. BARNSTORMING rounded the opening bend in the two path, settled off the pace, ranged up in the three path on the far turn, made a bid near the five-sixteenths pole, dropped to the two path later on that bend, was asked for his best in upper stretch, battled with the winner until near the furlong marker and weakened but was clear for the show. BASIC TRUTH broke out at the start, raced in the three path on the first turn, was rated outside in the second flight, came up empty in the two path leaving the backstretch and also faltered then was eased in the stretch but walked off.
