CHIPS AND FISH was away alertly and showed the way on the inside and dawdled along down the backside and then kicked clear leaving the turn and remained clear to the wire to prove best, driving. FATEFUL LIGHTNING was reserved early and saved ground throughout, cut the corner leaving the turn and then angled off the inside in the lane and finished well but had to settle for being second best. LANGUID was rated along early on the inside, guided to the outside entering the backside and had three wide pursuit, then continued three wide on the far turn and came four wide into the lane and was along for the show award late. TEUTONIC was allowed to settle early, moved up on the inside down the backside when LANGUID moved to the outside, then raced on the inside to the two path on the far turn and came three wide into the lane, angled out a path in the lane but had no kick while racing one paced. UP FOR AN OSCAR prompted the winner two wide and came three wide into the lane and was roused leaving the three sixteenths but weakened in the final furlong. JOY DIVISION was reserved two wide early, between rivals on the far turn and came three wide into the lane but lacked a rally. RUBY'S TROUBLE chased the early pace two wide and then was shuffled back down the backside on the outside, three wide on the far turn and came five wide into the lane but tired.
