Footnotes
CALL ME JAL broke out a step at the start, chased four then three wide just outside the leader, came under encouragement at the five-sixteenths marker, swung three to four wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command a furlong out, edged away briefly and then dug in under growing late threat and held safe at the finish. ALMA'S LAW broke outwards brushing the off side stall and then traded a bump with NROTH STARLIGHT, chased three to four wide under a ride from three furlongs out, angled six wide into upper stretch, closed well to latch on the top one as she hit the wire. FIFTEEN OVER chased along the inside, tipped to the two path near the nine-sixteenths and was clipped behind by NORTH STARLIGHT when putting that rival off her heels, came under coaxing midway on the turn, angled five wide into upper stretch and offered up a mild kick. MY GIRL AUBREE prompted the pace just off the inside and then along the inside coming under urging at the five-sixteenths pole, took the inside route into upper stretch, took over command just outside the eighth pole before being displaced at that station by the top one, then weakened in the late stages. BENGALESE showed the way in hand three then two wide under some pressure from the aforementioned foe along the inside and then the eventual winner from the outside through the turn, got placed to urging at the five-sixteenths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, yielded the front nearing the eighth pole and weakened in the late going. QUELL broke out a step at the start, chased along the inside just off the pace, balked when down along the rail and was very briefly taken in hand and steadied at the half mile pole, continued along the inside through the turn and then went three to four wide into upper stretch and weakened. MAIZEY BLUE broke out a step at the start, chased two then three wide under a ride from three furlongs out, angled out five to six wide at the head of the stretch, tired. NORTH STARLIGHT broke in a step at the start and traded a bump with ALMA'S LAW, chased just off the inside, had FIFTEEN OVER tip out from along the rail and was off her heels near the nine-sixteenths marker, clipped the back of that rival and bobbled and was steadied, the rider nearly standing briefly before recovering and carrying on, raced just off the inside through the turn and then five to six wide into upper stretch and trailed.
