CARC BROTHERS moved in while establishing a forward position early, stalked the pace on the outside in the two path, was asked early on the far turn, gained to get the lead into upper stretch, kicked clear inside the three-sixteenths pole, powered away under a drive into the final sixteenth then was eased up late while much the best. MIDDLE MARKET was well placed on the inside, came under urging on the far turn, swung out into upper stretch and narrowly earned the place while no match for the winner. MADAGASCAR raced in the three path on the first turn, settled off the pace, was roused in the four then three path on the far turn, spun into the stretch in the four path and just missed the place while able to get the show. TAKE A STANCE angled in while going to the front, dropped to the inside before the first turn, was well rated while setting the pace, came under urging on the the far turn, lost the advantage to the winner into upper stretch and gave way. FREAKY had a rein fixed in the paddock, raced in the three path on the first turn, was reserved on the outside, went around the far turn in the four path while asked, turned into the stretch in the five path and lacked the needed response.
