ASHCROFT LANE came away in good order then showed speed, set the pace with TYSON'S GAMBLE to her flank on the outside, went around the turn in the two path, shook off the aforementioned foe in upper stretch and drew off while kept to task under a moderate hand-ride. TYSON'S GAMBLE unseated the rider and got loose behind the gate, stood still a little over a sixteenth of a mile from the gate then was eventually grabbed by an assistant starter, showed speed and chased the pace on the outside, traveled around the turn in the three path, pursued the winner into upper stretch and proved no match while clear for the place. TIMBERTOP broke a half-step slow slow then dropped back, was urged along on the outside, went around the turn in the four path, spun into the stretch in the five path, drifted out near the furlong marker and weakened but held the show. LIAM'S LAW bumped solidly with a rival at the start, dropped back under urging while climbing some, steadied and swerved to the four path to avoid the injured foe at the seven-sixteenths pole, dropped to the three path shortly thereafter, continued in the three path through the turn and lacked the needed response. JOLLEY bumped solidly with opponents on both sides at the start and was bounced around then dropped back, drifted out early while well off the pace, checked and swerved to the six path to avoid the injured rival at the seven-sixteenths pole, moved to the four path shortly thereafter, continued in the four path through the turn, came inward in upper stretch and was eased but walked off. GREEK KNIGHT broke out and bumped solidly with a rival, was urged along near the inside, sustained an injury leaving the backstretch and was pulled up then transported off the track via equine ambulance.
