TIZ THE LADY was hustled from the gate then angled in early, saved ground while reserved off the pace, came out while roused into upper stretch, rallied to make a bid inside the furlong marker, gained the lead inside the sixteenth-pole and held under strong urging. FELIXYN was bumped at the start and forced out, raced between foes in the two path through the first turn, dropped back onto the backstretch, was reserved off the pace, traveled between horses while roused in the two path on the far turn then dropped to the rail late on that bend, chased in the drive, raced in the two path in the final furlong and finished with good courage to just get the place. LOVEONTHELEFTBANK was well placed on the inside, came off the rail while ranging up on the far turn, made a bid in the three path into upper stretch, took a short lead into the final furlong, led under a drive into the final sixteenth but was caught and just missed the place while able to get the show. QUADRATE was taken in hand after breaking last then moved in, settled on the inside, shifted to the three path outside the quarter-pole, turned into upper stretch in the six path and finished with good energy for the last spot in the superfecta. COINVESTMENT angled in at the rear, saved ground at the back, was urged along passing the half-mile pole, turned into upper stretch under a drive, moved out around the sixteenth-pole and improved position. PINCH OF BOURBON broke out and bumped with an opponent, went to the front then showed the way on the inside, was asked late on the far turn, battled under a drive in upper stretch, lost the advantage into the final furlong, dropped back into the final sixteenth and weakened. BATTLE WINNER was hustled from the gate, rounded the first turn in the two path, settled in the back half of the field, was urged along in the three then four path on the far turn, spun into the stretch in the five path and failed to rally. LAYLANI LOU raced in the three path on the first turn, settled outside without cover, was urged along in the three path for most of the far turn then moved to the four path, dropped back while fanned out some in upper stretch and came up empty. BAFFLE was hustled from the gate, raced in the two path on the first turn, was urged along on the backstretch, navigated the far turn in the three path and failed to respond. TICKET TO RIDE tracked the pace on the outside in the three then two path, chased on the far turn, dropped back late on that bend and faltered then was eased but walked off.
