GEORGIE'S WARRIOR was taken up while squeezed back after the start, moved up on the outside to make a bid outside the half-mile pole, took a short lead in the three path on the turn, kicked clear in upper stretch and drew off under a mild hand ride to prove much the best. BANKER BULL came inward at the start then was corrected with the right-rein, angled in while going to the front, was headed under urging while inside on the turn, lost touch with the winner in upper stretch and proved no match while able to get the place. FREEDOM CHARGE brushed with a foe at the start, moved out early then was eased back near the nine-sixteenths pole, was roused late on the backstretch, went around most of the turn in the three path then moved to the four path and lacked the needed response. AL MOWASHAAH brushed with a rival at the start, chased the pace on the outside of the leader, made a bid between foes late on the backstretch, dropped back in the two path nearing the three-eighths pole, retreated into upper stretch, remained on his inside lead until just before the furlong marker, swapped to the proper lead when pulled in by the rider at that junction and failed to respond.
