EZ ROLL raced three then two wide through the first turn, chased two to three wide down the backstretch and continued three wide through the far turn coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, got floated out six wide into upper stretch and seized command straightened away, dug in gamely to fend off the runner up to the wire. WHITTINGTON PARK coaxed from the gate, raced just off the inside through the first turn behind rivals, had CONCORDE SPIRIT float out six paths into the backstretch from directly in front and seized that opportunity to advance quickly and seize command just inside six furlongs to run, tucked to the two path to show the way down the backstretch and remained just off the inside through the far turn coming under urging with five-sixteenths to go, angled five wide into upper stretch under threat to the outside, got headed for the front straightened away, fought on to the finish to be along clear of the rest and second best. CONCORDE SPIRIT three wide through the first turn, floated out to the six path into the backstretch in tandem with BERNING BEAUTY which allowed the aforementioned foe to escape the early dawdling pace and seize command himself, chased four paths off the inside down the backstretch and through the far turn coming under coaxing three furlongs from home, angled six to seven wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. BERNING BEAUTY four then three wide through the first turn, tipped out briefly six paths off the inside into the backstretch before chasing five then four paths off the rail, tucked to the two path into the far turn and came under encouragement with seven-sixteenths to run, angled four wide into upper strecth and weakened in the late going. SHADOW DRAGON coaxed from the gate, showed the way in hand along the inside early on, got displaced from the front by WHITTINGTON PARK just inside six furlongs to go and chased along the inside coming under a ride at the three-eighths pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and tired. ROCK THE WEEKEND along the inside early on, chased two then three wide under encouragement from the seven-sixteenths marker, angled five to six wide into upper stretch and tired.
