Footnotes
SHARED SUCCESS went around the first turn in the two path, was rated just off the pace, ranged up while asked in the three path on the far turn, rallied to make a bid outside of the runner-up in upper stretch, dueled outside of that foe to the finish and narrowly prevailed under strong urging. BAR FOURTEEN went to the front, showed the way on the inside while in hand, was asked just after turning into the stretch, came out outside the furlong marker, dueled inside of the winner to the finish and just missed while narrowly able to hold the place. LATE CALL raced in the three path on the first turn, settled outside without cover, was roused in the two path on the far turn, moved to the three path late on that bend, spun into the stretch in the four path, chased the top two while on the outside, swapped leads back and forth between the furlong marker and the sixteenth-pole then gained willingly but missed while clear for the show. LIFE AND LIGHT stalked the pace on the outside in the two path, chased the leader on the far turn, pursued foes under a drive into the final furlong and weakened. POLAR BEAR PLUNGE was reserved on the inside, came under urging with three furlongs to run, saved ground into the stretch and lacked the needed response. GOOD BALI was off a couple lengths slow then angled in at the rear, saved ground near the back of the field, was roused on the far turn, moved out in upper stretch and failed to threaten. HIGH TIDE was taken under a tight hold early, raced in the three path on the first turn, settled outside on the backstretch, was urged along in the three path on the far turn and faltered then was eased in the final furlong but walked off.
